The C&H App allows you to control your unit remotely from anywhere, and it comes with an exclusive remote controller that offers precise temperature control.

Optional accessories are available for your PTAC Unit (sold separately). This particular model, the Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF), has a cooling capacity of 12,000/11,800 BTU/h and a heating capacity of 10,800/10,500 BTU/h, along with a 3.5kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h Electric Heater. It is ideal for residential, commercial, or hotel use.

This system is designed for 230/208V, 1Ph, 60Hz, and is charged with R-32 refrigerant. It comes with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker. Please ensure you have the correct receptacle before placing your order. For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are required but not included in the listing and must be purchased separately.

Control of this Heating and Cooling PTHP Unit can be done using the standard digital push button control panel with LED display, the included remote controller, or a compatible wireless smartphone device. Due to the size and weight of the system, it is shipped palletized with an arranged freight delivery service. The compressor comes with a 7-year limited warranty, while parts are covered for 5 years.
