Mitsubishi Thermostat Adapter Interface with BACnet and Modbus Interface

The PAC-US444CN-1 thermostat interface allows you to use a third-party thermostat to control your Mitsubishi Electric indoor units. It comes with 3 input terminals for fan speed control: Auto, Medium, High, and custom auto settings. Through its CN105 connector, the Thermostat Interface enables HVAC thermostats and input/output controllers to manage residential or commercial indoor units. It is compatible with systems that can be controlled by the MHK1 controller model.

Please note that the interface works with conventional systems and not heat pump control. The minimum required terminals are R, C, G, W1, Y1, while the preferred terminals include R, C, G, W1, W2, Y1, Y2. Line Voltage Thermostats are not supported. It is compatible with nearly all current indoor units offered by Mitsubishi Electric US. Each third-party thermostat connects to one thermostat interface, controlling only one indoor unit, even in an MXZ multi-zone system.

In addition, the PAC-US444CN-1 is compatible with Mitsubishi CITY-MULTI (Models after April 2012), M-Series, and P-Series Indoor Units. It has been tested with Nest, Honeywell, Lyric, and INNCOM thermostats that feature fan speed control. Supported thermostats include Nest, Honeywell, Lyric, INNCOM with fan speed control. One Thermostat Interface is required per indoor unit, providing 3 input terminals for fan speed control: High, Medium, and Low.

This interface allows you to enjoy the features and benefits of third-party thermostats while using your Mitsubishi Electric indoor units. It is also compatible with Mitsubishi CITY-MULTI (After April 2012), P-Series & M-Series Indoor Units. Remember that PAC-SE41TS Remote Temperature sensor & MAC-331F are supported, but M-Net & MA Control are not compatible. A 12 VDC power supply is required for MAC-33IF.
